Easiest way to remove the door and rubber floor?

Good afternoon yall, I plan on welding the new rocker panel and floor pan tomorrow, but I just noticed I have to remove the door. Is it easier to remove the entire hinge or try to remove the pins? How does the rubber floor come out? Just unscrew the side molding?

Remove the pins unless you want to adjust the hinges.

The moulding should be removed and any thing that can melt or burn.

The seat tracks bold down over the rubber floor mat or carpet. The seat has to come out if you want the mat to come out in one piece.
