I had always thought that it was the window tinting on my hatch that made things in the rear view so dark. Then I went to turn it to look at my kids and realized they're darker than usual too.

Then I realized that when I take turns hard enough the schmoo inside the mirror slides around.

Looks like it's time for a new auto-dimming rearview.

I've seen some with compasses, outside temp display, HomeLink garage door opener... What other cool features can I find in an aftermarket rearview?
Maybe one from a newer Ford with the LCD screen for a rearview camera.

 

I'd like one with homelink if anyone stumbles on it. I hate having to have multiple garage door openers.
