Question Glue for Hood and Firewall insulation

Hate to start a new thread when I am sure this is already out there...
I have sound/heat materials to fasten under my hood 1974 F250 Highboy, and the part of firewall that is easily reachable. The LOCTITE spray adhesive requires temps
of 65 to 95 degrees - it's now in 40-50 F. range where I live. Many suggest
3M 90 - I have not seen that in my rural area.
Suggestions?
From NE Washington State.
