Same here as far as no issues.. I installed a Dieselsite filter over a year ago... changed filters..oring replacement on the bowls was tricky.. used grease to hold the rings finally.. but never had issues with the filter.. I removed it last week and selling it on ebay ..trading in..truck. No issues hooking back up the OEM method.. little messy but went fine.

Wow, that's a lot of miles for driving the truck a year and half...no doubt. I'm just over 5 months and people tell me I have a lot of miles with 8000 or so now. But we don't buy these expensive trucks to have them sit in the driveway...

I hear you about the salt. I got my truck oiled by Rust Kote, formally Carwell Products. I did Carwell with my 96 Ford. It worked great. I love winter time but hate the salt.

When I first started looking at new trucks, I didn't like the 17s but they are growing on me now. Good luck with yours.
