hi everyone

Ive got a obs 7.3 with a popping/rattle noise coming from my engine.
the truck makes this noise about 1500 rpm and higher but sounds fine at idle.
when cold start in the mornings it throws grey-ish blue smoke but it goes away when warmed up. Idling the truck shakes a little and rpm gauge moves a bit and when revving it has like a hiccup/hesitation at 2 rpm. my mechanic ran tests and told me its an injector knock aka fuel knock. he told me to locate the bad injector and so i took off valve covers and tested by unplugging each injector one by one and the #4 injector took the noise away and so i replaced the #4 injector and #8 but noise is still there and still idles a little rough. so im out of ideas, if i can get some info or help of any kind i would really appreciated it.

all stock never modded
regular oil and filter changes
new fuel pump and water pump
new cam position sensor
2 new injectors #4-#8

We got 1997 f250 7.3 desiel with brake problems no leakage just cant get brakes to build up and hold
