I've got dodge truck wheels that do NOT work on my ford
Contrary to everything Ive read from all kinds of sites dodge truck wheels work on ford trucks. Well I bought a used set of nice alloy for my 1990 E150 van and the dodge offset was waaaayyy too much to the inside.
Now I am looking at a local source for 3 wheels like this;http://www.ebay.com/itm/16-16X7-OEM-Factory-Original-Alloy-Wheel-Rim-for-1997-97-1998-98-FORD-F150-3192/191887462231?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D39035%26meid%3Dd6514bc372c948a8887ad9a88e26b556%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D7%26sd%3D111403212479
and wonder if they will work? Any ideas?

Those are the Lariat wheels. Don't know about stud size/spacing/wheel offset suitability to your application... but I will point out that those wheels are hub-centric, and your van I would assume is like other Ford trucks and about everything else in that earlier era, which are lug-centric.
