LOL, yea, I noticed the steroid stallion in front of the far truck. What I didn't notice was Andy Griffith standing in front of all the trucks.....

I am by far no expert on 4x4's but the one in the upper right looks like it may have a rear member under it and the hubs on all trucks look to be of third member style, as I say my terminology maybe off no expert here.

"Offensive swimwear" guy at upper right is leaning on a F100 4WD (front driving axle visible).
It appears by the front hub that the F100 in the foreground also is 4WD, so I would assume the middle F100 is too.
1959 was the first year that FoMoCo offered factory installed 4WD for F100/250's.
Vehicle in the background appears to be a woody wagon without a spare tire on the tailgate.
Rangers were Marmon-Herrington Ford panel truck conversions 'ala Chevy Suburban.' Had quarter windows and a 2nd seat installed along with 4WD

You are absolutely correct. After I blew up the picture I could plainly see the larger front hubs and the front drive axle on the upper truck. And what I thought might be a Ford Ranger looks more like a Dodge Carryall.

Carry-All has two tail lamps and they aren't mounted to the tailgate.
This is a woody wagon with one taillight on the left side of the 'gate (right side was optional) that is legal on vehicles before 1952.

Is that the same Jim Rathmann that was the 1960 Indy 500 winner?
