I didn't even pick up that steering wheel position is confused....
Actually, the first oddball thing I noticed was the license plate that looks possibly Australian, then looked at the steering wheel to confirm the assumption something was backwards, or upside down, as the case may be.
Mitchell Point tunnel on the Columbia River Highway through Oregon near Hood River. Built in 1915, destroyed in the 1960's to make room for Interstate 84.
Today, it looks like this. Note the railroad tracks along the freeway seen below the tunnel, above.
I believe it is. They did some crazy stuff down in South America. Heck, they ran the bumpside body panels up through the 70's and 80's I think.
