5.8L 351W new cam help.
Hi everyone. I'm new to this site. I searched but didn't really find the answer to my question.
Im going to rebuild my 351w and I want to put a better cam in it. But I have EFI. What will I have to do "if anything" with EFI when I put a different cam in?

The easiest thing to do is simply use an EFI friendly cam, then you don't have to change anything else.
