Question 2016 F250 Crewcab 4x4 w 6.2L - 2K miles - Drifts left at highway speeds

I have a 2016 F250 4x4 with 2K miles on it. The truck drifts left when I let go of the steering wheel. It is mostly noticeable at highway speeds and it does it regardless of the road crown. Sometimes it drifts fairly quickly to the left and other times, it takes a few seconds....maybe 10 before it goes in that direction. When I drive on the highway, I need to hold the wheel to the right just a little all of the time and it is annoying. I took it to the dealer and they set the toe-in which was slightly out, straightened the steering wheel and claimed the problem is corrected. The truck brakes in a straight line. I am wondering if this left drift problem is a common issue and if so, what is done to correct it.

Thanks.

Mine does the same thing but to the right. Like mine most likely needs an alignment from a shop that knows what they are doing. That is if your tires are good and breaks aren't hanging up.

Tires all the same pressure? If so, and alignment is correct, could be a dragging caliper or parking brake shoe. Put your hand on each wheel hub after a decent drive and see if you notice any difference in temp. My '16 drives straight as an arrow, just rides like a steel-tired wagon

I don't think it's a common issue. Mine has almost 3k miles and it drives straight and true.

I have exactly the same problem (2016 F-350 super cab). Pulls to the left. I haven't tried taking it in yet to get it looked at because I thought it was just one of those things you have to live with (at highway speeds there seem to be many issues that only surface at those speeds).

Let me know if your problem gets resolved and how they do it.

Swap front tires

Swap the front tires.

We did this in the tire shop every time we got this complaint. It either solves the issue or changes the direction of the drift. If the drift is still there then you need to replace tires.
