It's been a hard couple months for me.

I lost the love of my life on july 27. Dawn died of a massive coranry here at the house that morning. I thought i might post this here to let you all know. She did have almost two years living in what we called the promised land. I am posting this also to tell everyone of you to cherish every single moment you have with the one person in your life that is your love. you never know when they will be taken from you.

Buck, I'm so sorry to hear that! Yes, it can happen at any given time. And the older I get, the more I realize it. Thanks for posting, I wish it was with much better news.

Thanks to all. I come here once n awhile lol. Not much time for this sort of thing anymore with all the stuff it takes to keep this place going. If I am not mowing or bush hogging then I am cutting wood to heat the place lol. It's actually kind of a nice break when I get a job in at the shop. By the way Wes did you see my request to change my location on the members map?

I have my own welding/fab shop down here. The Verdin company (my old employer) still has be building stuff for them as well. I hope to get a barn up soon and move my stuff right here to the house. Not much money in it but I am rent free and only have my utilities to pay for so I get by pretty good.
