Shake down cruise

Here is my 1951 F3. I couldn't stand it anymore . Just had to take it for a drive. Still have some side window antI rattle stuff to put in. As well as new vent windows etc. I also have some 16" rims to replace the 17 " suicide rims. It drove great.

It's not a trailer queen. I built it to use, but I wanted it to look good. I cut.all the rust out , welded panels in. Stripped it down to metal, On and on , you guys know the drill. Not restored, maybe call it preserved. I will finish trimming it out this winter.

Congratulations on your absolutely beautiful truck. It must of had braces when it was young, as its front teeth are very straight LOL. The first drive is always something very special, one that you wont forget that's for sure. You are almost done, well they are never done unless you build em for someone else and never see them again. Nice job.
