might have destroyed my injection pump

I recently purchased a 1993 7.3 idi with a banks turbo. I've been experiencing a hard start when hot. so I put a gear reduction starter, it has new glow plugs and injectors, new fuel filter. I went to adjust the timing and hit the head of the pump towards the passenger side, but it didn't move so I just put it all together and called it a night. truck wouldn't start after. The FSS works as it clicks and sparks when connected. The Schrader valve squirts fuel while cranking. Openning a injection line there is no fuel coming out. i voltage tested the batters at 12.5v each. not sure where to go from here.

welcome to FTE.
how many miles on the truck?
hard start or no start when hot is a tell tale sign of a failing injector pump.

when it will not hot start, pour some cool, NOT COLD water over the injector pump. and retry to start it. if it starts, you need a new pump.

go with a known good pump rebuilder like Justine at
R&D IDI Performance - Home
or Mel at
http://conestogadiesel.com/
both have good products. Justin is a FTE supporting vendor, and his prices are considerably lower than Mels are
