Hello again, been a while but I've been driving the heck out of this truck. I actually REALLY like it. It runs pretty dang good, even though it has 200k miles, is nearly 20 years old, and burns oil like a lantern! It's very capable in 4x4 as well.

At some point I intend to rebuild the engine and go with at least PI heads and maybe cams, intake, etc. Cheap upgrades to get a few horses while fixing the leaking valve stem issue, but for now adding a quart every month or two isn't killin' me.

So my question....I received some auxiliary lights for free from a friend and intend to mount them behind the grill. I could use a little help with the wiring. I believe they are 100w bulbs each. I found some old relays I had laying around from various components I removed from vehicles (I actually think most of them are from the alarm system I removed from this very F150). They are 5 pin relays, pins numbered 30, 85, 86, 87, and 87a. 30 on the bottom, so I believe it's a type b based on google searching. So I generally understand what terminals do what on this relay, but I don't know what it's rated for in amps and if I can use it for my lights. Also what gauge wire to use from battery to relay(s) (I do have multiple of these if need be, as in one for each light), relay to lights, and switch to relay.

Any help with this wiring would be greatly appreciated!
