I need to get one for my 1989 F350, I have been told on these forums, that the following used compatible DFR valves to my truck:

"1987 to 1996 F150 - F350 and Super Duty"

"1988 to 1997 E150 - E350 and Super Duty vans"

But, I am having a local junkyard search for me with those model years and they just told me they picked up 5 vehicles (all early 90's) and they could not find one with a DFR...

I'm thinking the information I received before was wrong?

 

89 was the last year, I am unsure of the first.

Well.... that explains why they didn't find any on any of the 5 1990's trucks they checked... Going to feel like an idiot tomorrow... but will assume the 1987-1989 are the years needed?

Problem is, I don't think they have any those years.... worth a try.
