Just 'part truck' lol .. when he saw the first one i pulled and painted and installed. .. he said
'part truck . cool .. wow' lol

It was the first time he said 'cool' haha he likes it

Yea. .. it's still in the early design phase ..

but i'm drafting design concepts now for a new OBS grille. ..

I'll do the brick also .. probably design #4

but .. next up ..

i'm designing the OBS grille and at the same time cab fairing. ..

that one will fit across all the model years .

okay u got it .. when i got em' ready ..

it kinda takes awhile to make the grille designs ..

because they have to be metal plugs for removal and they gotta be test fit many times to be sure all the details are ironed out .. and i don't have a OBS or a BRICK truck ! lol

so i'm gonna have to pick up some old trucks to work off .. probably just non runners or cheap fixer ups' unless i can find a deal for now .. eventually i'd like to have a whole fleet optimized with my upfitting parts .. how cool whould that be ?!?

so gonna do the OBS design on paper to start .. and work on the cab fairing as i have time and hope to make alot of the bullnose grilles ..

i haven't promoted the site yet .. so not really making big moves yet .. actually i was just working on getting the classified section going .. i' think it'd be great to have a way to list and find old parts ..

gonna be like an idi and other bullnose and obs craigslist for parts .. esp trim .. interior .. engines .. tranny's .. wheels and tires .. ect .. ect

though i'm no compruter coding genius .. so far happy that my rusty and mediocre skills are capable of building the main site ..

and looks like a toughy .. coding this dang classifieds section .. but i'll get it .. probs be a few days at best though . ..

It looks good. I think I would match the bullnose color to the trucks grill, or the other way around.

yep .. i see some of the guys paint grilles to match their trucks. ..

but i like the 'platinum' kind of look .. of titanium metallic. .. kinda looks good in different sunlight and angles .. looks better even in real life then the pics ..

 

Keep us posted on when the site is up! I really want a set for the Brick nose when you make em.
