in bed fuel tank

Hey! anybody using an Inbed fuel tank for their 53-56 ford trucks? I have a 1954 f 100 and originally installed a under bed tank [17 gallon] but would really like to take that one out and put a Inbed tank with a tool box as my main tank. I am a little concerned of the legality of the install? I know you can put an aux. tank that meets emission and roll over requirements in the newer trucks but was wondering if they are required on the older trucks? anyone know the rules for here in Las vegas Nevada? Mid fifties has one but can't tell me if there is any reg for the state.

Why not put a early 60s mustang tank way in the bac and out of the way just to leave the box nice and clean? Just an option
