gt40 heads on 96 351

can i take gt40 heads off a 96 explorer, enlarge the holes, an bolt them on my 96 5.8 with no other mods?

There are a million threads on this topic, and I suggest you search. They will fit, as long as they are GT40 heads and not GT40P heads.
