Factory 82 XLS flareside find

Well I'm working on a deal for a true XLS I found. Thought I'd post some pics, sorry they're not the best. It was originally a 300 truck, but they put in a 351m

That looks to be in very nice shape... what are your plans? Go back to the I-6 and make it original or something else?

Sorry for the late response, I would like to go back to the 300 6, but I'm not sure right now. I know I'd restore it to factory for sure though.

I'm curious what is the difference between an XLS F150 flareside and a plain F150 flareside?

Ive been thinking of adding a emblem on my radio bezel as it looks bland but I really didn't want XLT since I would have to add the XLT badge on the outside of the truck as well.
