Question 1994 F150 miss at idle

I have a 1994 Ford F150 XLT with 172k on the truck, I have the 5'0 liter v8, and it has a miss at idle. I have replaced plugs, wires, dist cap,and rotor. and ignition module. it had a brand new MAF sensor,EGR position sensor and TPS when i got it. Runs great down the highway, but misses when idling. a couple times it would start cutting out and almost stall , When driving home yesterday it had this happen, I could only idle along, as when I pressed down to accelerate it would almost die out. Has new fuel filter and gas is fresh. No check engine light on

What should I look at? vacuum leaks?

Definitely check for vacuum leaks, and also fuel pressure. A common problem with these engines is "cross-firing", where the spark jumps through adjacent spark plug wires.

You can usually check for it by running the engine with the hood open at night, and looking for jumping sparks.
