Will a better intake manifold and a better carb give more HP for a bone stock 460?

 

Yes, but I would recommend headers with free flowing dual exhaust first. That'll help your engine breathe better.

An aftermarket intake and 4v carb with vacuum secondaries comes next. With those intakes, you can dump the smog related junk unless you need it for an emissions sticker.
