Rubber brake lines and rear ends

Rubber brake lines and rear ends
I tried searching this a few different ways on the forum without result. My apologies if this has been covered before.
Firstly, I was curious if anyone had any luck with any part numbers or sources for the front rubber brake lines on a '59 F100 4x4? I ordered some front brake lines from Mac's, and they appear to be for the 4x2 as they are about 6" shorter than my old ones. I think the ones that I have are around 22".
Secondly, I'd like to put the same truck as close to stock as possible. The previous owner replaced the rear axle with what I think is an Eaton HO52 (8 lug, full float) from a '70-ish Chevrolet. I'm guessing this thing has been worked to death in a prior life and the PO blew up the original rear axle. Anyhow, my question is this: if I can get ahold of a rear end out of another '59, does anyone foresee any issues with getting a 3.89 ring and pinion (axle code from the warranty plate is "02A") for it? I'd reckon it should be a 9", which would be easy enough unless there's some weirdness with the early ones I don't know about.

If you run into trouble sourcing rubber brake lines bring in the old ones to a good brake shop and they can make whatever length you want. Even that auction site has a couple good vendors that should have them made up fresh already or again they'll make whatever you need with the correct fittings. I bought a set for my 64 from a user named "Goodbrakes", D.O.T. approved, etc.

I'll keep an eye out for sixes in my travels. Thanks for the tip.
For the brake lines I ended up having a local place (Capitol Clutch) make them for me. Was faster than waiting for Napa to ship them from Florida and Ohio. I'm planning on having them make the lines from the master cylinder and clutch cylinder too.
Thanks for your help folks.
