Ok guys... I'm just too green still to know what all the acronyms stand for and was hoping to find a thread of what all the are. I'm sure you guys get sick of answering the question that seems to crop up in every post I post up, "What is that" I can kinda figure it out if it is in context to something I'm working on but to come into a conversation cold I'm lost.

If there is a thread already explaining the meaning of all the Ford Diesel acronyms already I sure appreciate a thread link? If not maybe you guys could add your meanings here just once and it could be a good go to reference for us novice learners. Thanks in advance

Still wondering what UVCH, UVC, HPOP, IPR, CCV means as they are not on the extended list?

 

UVCH= under valve cover harness

HPOP= High pressure oil pump

IPR= Injection presssure regulator

CCV= Crank case vent
