Dumb question but the remote solenoid for the starter, does it matter which polled you connect up the wires to? One red wire runs to the starter and then there is a bunch of 4 wires on the other pole.

Is there an order to that?

 

I f you are referring to the large studs, yes it matters.

One large pole will have power constantly, the other only in start. If you put the 4 on the wrong side, it will not work properly.

 

Yes, I guess you could know which way is right if the small screw is on the top, that should give you a left and right option. Anyone have a pic of how there's is set up?
