Not from Mass but I owned a 71 P350 for four years-learned a lot about it in that time. As well as owning my 71-F350 DRW flat bed for 8 years.
Brake issue?
Chassis issue?

Chassis is fine...I'm just diving into the brakes as we speak ...trying to find information on these trucks is tough
