Do you have any way of checking if you have any codes showing? Don't need CEL on to have codes.
Do you have a Scan Gauge or equiv? to see what coolant/oil temps are? Or see FICM voltages are?
BTW, ANYONE that owns a 6.0 should have SOME way to monitor the engine parameters. If you want someone to help you there are certain things they need to know.

well a turbo seal may have Blown and be letting oil into the exhaust
do you have oil dripping out the tailpipe
Reliability is dependent on a few things
Skill and quality of work of the mechanic doing the work
There are a bunch of reliability mods to do
Quality of replacement parts do your research cause most things are best OEM however things like alternators are best with certain aftermarket
a lot of Aftermarket parts are Pure JUNK
proper maintenance schedule with proper fluids etc...
tuning without supporting mods
improper tunner or No supporting mods will tear crap up

How many miles on the truck?
Injectors do go bad.
How is your Alternator voltage/amp output?
What is your low side and high side voltage on your FICM?
You have kept up on the maintenance right? Flushed the cooling system, changed the fuel filter more then once every few years?
What do you have to monitor live engine vitals?
If you take care of anything that you drive it will take care of you. Drive it into the ground and it will let you know at the worst time!
So if you have 4 injectors go bad and DO NOT have any other issues. Issues like a weak alternator that has damaged your batteries which has hurt your FICM which has hurt your injectors. if that isn't the case...Then you have to ask yourself have you change the oil on regular intervals? What oil filter are you using? Not using FMCO filters......they are the best for the truck.
Are you running a stock tune? Or are you running a hot tune?
So many variables....The 6.0L isn't a beast for the faint of heart with a shallow pocket..

the Only thing that Would keep Killing injectors is low fuel press
A ficm would have to Overpower a circuit and fry it
Normaly they under power when FICM go which shouldn't hurt an injector
FICM it just fast pulses of power to shuttle the coil
Maybe ed has some different input as far as a FICM killing injectors

Have you had the blue spring update done?

What defines your "refurbished" designation and by who?
What cylinders the four injector's come from can help to lead to the problem. As stated, could be a low pressure issue, could be a faulty injector taking out the rest on that side of the motor, could be poorly rebuilt or reused injector's, could be the harness bundle of the injector's on one particular side of the motor, ........ Lot of could be's, but if an owner wants a better explanation, or to get a handle on a issue before it becomes a problem, a monitor of the motor sensors should be installed and knowing their function will get you in a better place with less frustration.
