Duel Master Cylinder For '48

Wow, I was on this site last about 15 or so years ago while I was restoring my '48 F-3 dump truck. Good to be back. Do to being busy with life, I put my F-3 up on jack stands for the past 15 years. My son who's 16 now showed interest it getting the truck up and running again which we started doing a few weeks ago. Nothing like working on an old truck with your son!
Anyway, whats the best option for putting a much safer duel master cylinder on my truck? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

are you gonna change your pedal from the floor to the dash or leave it original? I left mine like original in the floor and used a duel mc from my 70 f100 donor truck. I ordered an adapter that allowed me to use the original 3 holes in the transmission mount. Worked out great with much better brakes. I'll see if I still have some pics.

sorry it took me so long to get back. Here is the website.

48-52 Ford F Series Pickup Dual Master Cylinder Adapter « New England Speed & Custom

I purchased it and installed it with the master cylinder off my 1970 f100 donor truck. I did reuse the push rod from the original so it would mount to the brake peddle. Had to grind a little spot, but other than that it went in really good. I used the proportioning valve from the 70 ford and put the 10 psi residual valves on. Then ran new lines. Brakes turned out really good.
