Assuming an Eaton 17A is a rear axle. What is the lug bolt pattern? Dana 80 rear axles are available with disc brakes and a 6x8.75" bolt pattern. Someone with fab skills could adapt them.

There are medium duty fords with disc brakes on the front but certainly never on the rear.

I have heard of a swap to discs on Rockwell 5 ton axles, but the rotors were custom.

Is the FSuperduty (F450 Cab & Chassis) of the late '80's through mid '90's considered a Medium duty?
