Well, I have finished everything for July except for one item that I am waiting to get a copy of the survey maps that was prepared for the property transfer. The attorney messed up and used the same parcel description twice to convey about 7 acres of land. The problem..... the description is for a parcel that is 200' x 200' which is just under an acre of land. Need to know where the other 6 acres are coming from especially when these are coming out of a piece that is over 100 acres.

So, I am taking tomorrow off so I get to slack during the week.....lol

 

Lawyers never, ever screw up, Neil. There must be a computer glitch somewhere.....

 

Okay, maybe not the lawyer...but you know they will blame it on the paralegal. Stuff like this is very typical from this one. Maybe they should not deal with real estate

 

Took almost 2 months to close on one son's house. Seller's lawyer was the problem.

There is a dealer in NY about 10 miles away. Maybe I'll try some.

 

I've used the bed liner and the Dom16 as well as seam sealers. I'm happy enough with their products.
