Bought a 1990 F -250 with a weak 302 and AOD backing it up but it was was to help my father in law out financially. It had been sitting for 2 years and he didn't know what was wrong with it, luckily all I had to do was crawl under her and replace the starter. Soon after it started having starting issues where it would catch and wouldn't want to stop turning the starter so I replaced the solenoid and it all worked out in the end.
