07 f150 5.4 3v cylinder head question I'm in the process of rebuilding a 07 5.4 block is almost done but machine shop called and said both cylinder heads are bad and need replaced I was wondering what the difference is in 08 and up heads is it just the spark plugs thanks

 

No idea to be honest, I would give your local Ford dealer a call and pose that question to the parts guy and see what he has to say. I am sure they could tell you if there were any changes or if they are comparable.
