what trannys and steering columns will fit my 71 e200

I want to go stock............

Just picked up a 71 E-200 with a straight 6 240, it's got a 4 on the floor manual tranny and a Cadillac steering column with power steering !!
Looks like a ford steering pump though.

I'm sure that a lot of year / model trucks use the same 3 speed trannys and columns and I just know one of you truck gurus knows which ones they are.

I apologize for multiple posts on the subject but the F series don't over lap with the E series

Welcome to FTE, lot's of good, knowledgeable people here.
On your Econoline. Because of the way the column is positioned in the van, I doubt any pickup truck column will fit.

Truck column is shorter than a van. I have a tilt van column that I will cut down for one of my trucks when I get around to it.

OP has a 1971 E200 (so he shouldn't be asking a question in the 1973/79 F100 and larger truck forum). Econoline with tilt column (only the wheel tilts) introduced in 1978.

NO parts will interchange with 1969/74 E100/300's, as the Econoline was completely redesigned in 1975.
