And now there's a Hillary ad that brings up the keyboard on my phone (android; galaxy s5).
I see the popups, vibrating, and crap you are all talking about too. Forget this site on mobile... It's not worth the frustration.

When you guys are getting these ads, what mobile browser are you using?

Anytime I use Chrome to view the FTE mobile site it's ad city.
Pop ups, ads over pictures, etc.

When I use Firefox...no ads....I can actually enjoy the site.

My suspicion is that malware exists on infected devices that gets tickled by something periodically served up here via an advertiser (perhaps combined with an advertiser's infrastructure having been compromised).

Again, it's just my suspicion. But IMO it'd be a good idea to have your devices scanned & scrubbed of malware, and some sort of anti-malware software installed on them.

"Who founded the Facebook?" I'm sorry but poor English like that is a dead giveaway the source of that page is overseas someplace... something's been hacked somewhere, those ads aren't legit. Again, have your devices scrubbed.

Do a whois lookup on qualityaffair.com and take a look for yourself... that domain name has been in existence only since last May 31 and is registered via a consumer-oriented registrar known as name.com... that is NOT a legit company by any means, e.g.:

Registry Registrant ID:
Domain Name: QUALITYAFFAIR.COM

It is not malware on a device. At best it is a malicious code in a compromised ad that takes advantage of a vulnerability in a device. However it is happening on both apple and Android devices so you can almost rule out a virus. It is simply a revenue generating ad farm that is compromised and nobody wants to shut it off for fear of losing the money from the legit ads that still work.

No legitimate, reputable company that hopes to compete in the marketplace and stay in business operates under such a premise.

When there are true, legitimate problems on FTE (or any IB site), there are LOTS (hundreds) of people complaining in a short time span, and the problems are corrected in short order. Have your device(s) scrubbed.

I have scrubbed with every known tool. Nothing going on with my phone or my wife's, or my sons, or my daughters. This redirect has happened on all of them when I don't log in. It only happens here when I don't log in on a phone and the banner ads start up. adclick.g.doubleclick.net is what I believe the problem to be. I think it is one of their ads serving up causing the redirects. The Corvette site I use from IB does it way more than this one if that matters. Anything else I can try?

It is not our phones. For one I have scanned my device with multiple tools. Then because the ads were still there I started removing all of my apps one at a time trying to find which one was doing it. With all apps removed (that were removable) the ads are still here.
Second its on both iPhones and Android.
Third its only on this site!
Fourth someone posted above that it only happened on IB owned websites on their phone. Coincidence? I don't think so.

HiJack ads... - CorvetteForum - Chevrolet Corvette Forum Discussion

Hijack Ads while Browsing via Mobile? Report Details Here! - LS1TECH

Here are some links here to other IB forums with threads covering this recently if anyone cares to read further or just suffer along with other gearheads. I also agree with the mod above that:

"No legitimate, reputable company that hopes to compete in the marketplace and stay in business operates under such a premise."

Ultimately, this is going to be the truth.
