2011 F250 XLT 2wd (purchased used)
New built 6.7L engine (block, rotating assembly, both cylinder heads, etc.), installed July 2015......electrical issues began Jan. of this year.

I have been attempting to find a
resolution for the past 7 months


Random, Intermittent interior ELECTRICAL issues:
When driving or sitting in the driveway the instrument cluster, stereo, a/c controls, windows, door locks, interior lighting all stop working for an unspecified amount of time.....Battery Light stays on


Alternator shows charging at 14.5v but when the interior items shut off the alternator voltage will jump to 17.0v and then some


All grounds have been verified and confirmed.....4 new batteries installed, 2 new alternators installed (single alternator truck)......still no change to the trucks behavior........dealership has looked at it but cannot find the issue.


Any direction or advice would be great
