I just bought a kenwood dnx893s and figured I should upgrade the flip down DVD at the same time I get the Hu installed.

I figured I should get dynamat or something similar installed on the ceiling while the liner is down

Is dynamat what I need or does anyone have another suggestion

Also any special type Dynamat since it's going on the ceiling instead of the doors?
What size roll? Any links to what I should buy would be greatly appreciated since I'm planning on buying it and taking it to the installer instead of getting it there.

I did b quiet extreme w a layer of heat wave pro which made the X quieter and cooler especially during the summer? Do you have to drop the headliner to install the movie screen? If so or you just are then I would not hesitate to quiet it down and insulate it because that headliner is a bitch to get down and put back up.

I almost always search for stuff prior to posting questions but I woke up at a quarter to 4 this morning for some reason with an urgent need for an answer to that question. I think I was dreaming about the stereo installation and having to pay twice for the liner to get removed and put back

 

What are you doing for a rear monitor upgrade? I have one in my 02 that doesn't work. Is yours factory now?

 

Yes now is factory and it works dvds stick though

I'm still looking at dvds . There why are some Chinese ones that are large like 11 or 12 inch and they're supposed to be really good but they cost less than half of the number and. If I was good at installations I do it myself and try the Chinese ones but since I'm not I'm so looking for and the Alpine probably or something of that nature I'll post one of her I do take it and get it installed
