Leaf spring rear shackles and bushings

I've isolated my rear suspension squeak to the rear leaf spring and/or shackle bushings. Plan of attack is straight forward; first degrease and scrub on the truck, if it returns remove clean and reinstall. If that fails then its new bushings (which at about $9/ea times 4 per side will add up quickly).

I've seen some aftermarket shackles for sale on ebay- virtually all advertised as either lift or drop. Since I've never done any research into a lift kit for my truck I was hoping for a quick "cheat" answer. I am running the Bilstein 5100 leveling kit at max height on the front. Could I run a lift shackle in the back without any other mods? This isn't my main plan but I do want to know if its an option. Besides, if I need to spend tons of money and/or put up with a squeaky rear why not upgrade?

Make sure the kit has new bushings included.....each bushing location takes 2 sections......they are split to install in the spring eye.

Many things move on the truck suspension so be sure you have identified the proper location of the noise.

I'm quite confident on my location- in fact I suspect the cause as well (yearly Fluid Film application causing grit to build up as well as perhaps some slight bushing swelling).

Spoke with the company and it looks like these will be a nice upgrade if I can scrape the money. Would still have to replace the spring bushing, but these do come with their own shackle bushings.

Anybody know of any aftermarket rear leaf spring bushings? I can source OEM fine but the aftermarket seems to only supply the forward leaf spring bushings...

We have a lot of them on hand. I don't think we have them listed online because its still a "newer" product but we have them in stock. Feel free to send me a message if you need pricing on them.

Would the noise in the leaf spring be temporarily fixed by soaking it with pb plaster or brake clean or do they need to some off and be replaced? Reason I am asking is because the noise is driving me up the wall. Also, would it make any difference towing a loaded trailer?
