Have a 96 e-150 conversion, how to replace tv with LED and vcr to DVD?

I've looked for days on a write up on how to replace and upgrade and what connectors and converters to use but i can not find anything. Anyone here done it and have any tips before i try and do myself? thank you

I put a 15" Sceptre Flat screen in my Cutaway bus. If it needs to be 12volt, just buy a TV that uses a 110v to 12v Brick and get a cord that plugs in place of the brick.
