1993 7.3 idi turbo

On my gauge cluster there is legit no spot for an engine light like there isnt even a spot where it would be if the cluster were in a different truck. which is understandable considering it doesn't have a computer. I was reading a post in this site about something different but the person has an 89 with the 7.3 and said they got an engine light. I'm so confused now cuz mines a 93 with a factory turbo and no engine on the cluster anywhere. And Iv never seen another cluster from these body style trucks that was the same as mine.

Take pictures.

IIRC, the only time the engine light comes on on my 88 is if the high-temp switch trips, or the oil pressure gets too low. No computer needed for that.

But in my cluster if I look at it there's no engine light at all. Like even if I wanted one there isn't haha. Mines a 93 so the interior is different so I'm guessing when the cluster was redesigned for the idi they didn't make a slot for it. But so strange cuz everything is so interchangeable from 92 to 97 with all these trucks f150s 250s and 350s and broncos too. Only cluster iv ever seen from this style truck without itm I'm not concerned cuz I don't really care I was just curious. BTW where is the temp sensor on the idi factory turbo? My gauge did work but sometimes while driving it'd shoot all the way to cool and then miles later work again and now it won't work at all. Was thinking a possible ground isue
