So I swapped the two relays and took out my fuel bowl heater from inside the fuel bowl and now she fired right up and doesn't blow anymore fuses.

Can the fuel bowl heater just be unplugged? curious so if on the road and there was a problem.

Supposedly with how today's diesel is made there is no need for it, but I also live in Phoenix Arizona where there is no such thing as cold weather so I won't really be effected by it like everyone else.

I live in a butt cold area and haven't needed a fuel heater, EBPV, or radiator cover in 8 winters with my 7.3.

So will unplugging the FBH throw any codes or cause the CEL to come on?
