Making this post to get it noticed. Does anyone know where one can buy the economizer covers for a 2150? I need a deep one as the proper kit for my truck uses a dual stage economizer valve and i currently have a single stage on thos parts store reman carb.

No such thing as Auto-Lite after 1972, it's a Motorcraft 2150 carb.

E2TE-DRA = Illustration Section 95, page 3.

Economizer valve is shown as 9A565 .. cover is 9930.

Gee whiz, I didn't have any trouble.
IF the carb ID tag number is: E2TE-DRA .. The carb kit is part number E2PZ-9A586-B (Motorcraft CT-1327).

And...the carburetor parts list is 95.2Y

The cover for the power (economizer) valve is: D7AZ-9930-A (Motorcraft CM-2864). See pic below.

HAVEN FORD in Haven KS has 1 = 620-465-2252.

FREESE MOTORS in Monticello IA has 1 = 319-465-3541.

MILLER OBSOLETE PARTS in Binghamton NY has 1 = 607-722-5371.

CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 1 = 800-476-9653.

BOB BOLAND FORD in Bancroft IA has 2 = 515-765-1212.

How many power (economizer) valve covers do you see listed in this 95.2Y parts list (pic in post #6)? I only see one.

Personally, I'd call Haven Ford, cuz a parts guy answers the phone.

AFAIK, Carpenter only has one (former Ford) parts guy working for him, he doesn't answer the phone, as he waits on "walk in" customers at the counter.

Its right one im looking for got one coming now. Now i just wonder if its going to be an improvement for my truck or make it worse. Based off the application guide this kit and valve is correct for my truck with ac.

I see two for my rebuild kit shown a shorty single stage cover and a taller deeper two stage cover. Im fairly sure this carb as the short single stage valve. The tag number is not on this carb but it is as close as i can get though. Tags been missing since ive owned it.
