I found a few threads on google with similar things. Let off gas noise goes away, go WOT or heavy foot and it goes away.


FYI per other threads I rechecked the bolts on the Y pipe, sure enough I had a loose one after the first couple heat cycles . Tightened it down with the "6.4 turbo socket" from snap on and the half moon wrench from snap on (best money I've spent on this ****) noise is gone.

Thank you Google and ford-trucks!! Now on to this extra ground strap location ....
