302 Ranger swap exhaust

I have the exhaust manifolds off of an 89 Ford Econoline van which had a 302. Does anyone know if these manifolds will work with the 302 I am putting into my 92 Ranger?

with enough grinding of the frame, they may fit, but I doubt it.

Explorer manifolds will work without cutting the frame. They a restrictive though.

I have heard, but have not seen, 289HP exhaust manifolds for the early Mustang or Fairlane can be used for this swap for those who don't want headers. I doubt the van manifolds will come close to fitting.
