I have a 2009 F350 with the 6.4 diesel. I installed an Edge Insight to mainly monitor my EGT when towing.

Can anyone with this engine give me the normal temps? Solo and towing? I haven't towed yet but the "run around" temps I'm seeing are
EGT 6-650
Air Inlet Temp 100 (outside 95)
Water 195
Engine Oil 198
Transmission 180

Looking for guidelines for "norms".

 

Different truck but when I had my '02 F250 7.3 I would see 600 deg. solo on the flats, towing was 700/750. I did install a real trans temp gauge and would see 150 deg. solo and 180 towing. When you start climbing everything goes up a bit.
