97 power window switch pic

Hello all
I have a 1997 f250 HD
While replacing the door pins the wires were pulled out of the combo power window / door lock switch

. I cant seem to find a pic showing the exact placement of the wires. Does anyone have a pic of the back side of the switch showing where the r wires go?? Thanks

Ok yes that would appear to be the one however i have an extra wire not listed its a red w/ yellow and it came from the door lock motor to the switch (has a terminal on end). Found a black with thin blue stripe too.

BTW the * without KE and ** with KE
Mine is with so would I not use (1) and (5) ?

I do not have any diagrams for trucks with Keyless Entry. They are all marked as Without Keyless Entry. I am not sure what the differences are.
