2009 F250 4x4 Crew 5.4L with 46K miles

I purchased my second Ford truck less than a week ago, and it ran great for the first 900 miles. Yesterday, truck went into limp mode on two different occasions with no throttle response. Both times, I shut the truck down, started back up, it ran fine with no check engine wrench still showing. I did go to the auto parts store and the codes are P060B, P2110, & P2104. Anybody else had this issue? I looked up the codes, and know what their descriptions are. I'm hoping it's not a PCM problem, but it's sounding like it could be. Could this possible be caused by faulty throttle body control? I'm looking for some battle tested wisdom on next steps to take to get my great white Goliath back to health. I would like to repair this myself if possible, but to the dealer it will go if absolutely necessary. Your input is appreciated.

Thanks,

Joshua

It could be just a bad connection, dirt, corrosion or even a bent pin. Here's some light reading.
