I have a 55 F600 I just don't have time to build. Only rust on it is the cab corners, otherwise a solid cab and front clip. Front bumper is busted but probably repairable. No engine, was a 239 Y-block. Trans is there and seems to be free moving/not locked up. $2500 best offer. Rust in the cab corners has gotten worse since the pics, still just a matter of cab corners though, hasn't migrated yet.

Hood Trim Needed - 1952 Ford F1 **HELP**

Hello, everyone- I'm looking for some trim pieces for my '52 F1... Original pieces were all accounted for & in pristine condition when I put in storage during my junior year of high school (had all the time in the world, but no $$). Fast forward 20 years, a little more $$ to budget, decided to get back into my project (although with work & Little Ones, free time is almost nil). I located the trims & pretty bits I'd set back, only to discover that something caustic had leaked on a few of them & they've virtually disintegrated... I mean, completely unsalvageable.

The trims I need to replace are the smaller stainless spear-shaped pieces (x4) that are located on each side of the hood, directly above and below the main/large spear. I have all of the other pieces, I just haven't been able to locate the ones I need by scouring my usual online resources (LMC, Sac Vin, Dennis Carpenter, Bob Drake, etc)

Any ideas or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!

J Sanders, I've got the trim you need, I sent you an email.

I also have a Carburetor for a Flathead 226 single barrel. Model 7HT
top portion looks decent, the bottom portion (base with butterfly or throttle plate is rusty and the plate is rusted through)
Asking $20

Also have 2 different Aluminum Flathead 8ba timing covers Mercury / Ford timing covers. need a good cleaning.
asking $45 each

Also A Governor for a Flathead 8BA came off a running engine from old 52 ford dump trump, I removed it because I needed to go faster (ok, so not really haha) Anyway good condition just dirty on outside.
asking $15 or ? Model 8RC-18201-F
Range 2000-3500 rpm NL KS-V8S-251

52 5star extra trim

Hey, Joe, are you thinning the herd? Is that to make room for something new?

Hi guys. Still looking for both lower running boards for a '53-'56 COE. I'll try to repair them if I can't find one or both. Thank you.

Hello, everyone; I need a 226 heat shield, the PO cut mine up. Also looking for F2/F3 tailgate hinges, they are slightly larger than those for the F1. Thanks!

EDIT: only need one express tailgate hinge now. Also have lots of extra F3 brake parts, let me know if you need something.

Looking for a 1950 ford f1 parking brake equalizer and bracket in good shape. Would prefer one with both bolts that attach it to the bracket that are drilled for cotter and the castle nuts with the big heads.

FYI The 6 and the V8 used the same starter.

Good to know! The parts book has two seperate part numbers for H and R series so I was not sure.

I have rebuilt one for my rebuild but I opened up a can of worms by changing the coils so I am moving to another one.
