I'll look for a Ford part number but am %99.5 sure it is factory. This where the catalytic converter was supported. Maybe it was a dealership added converter as only certain states required them?

And as to the cleanliness of the truck...it is! The previous owner bought it in '96 and was meticulous about it. Other than a bedsheet over the seat when I am a little dirty, treat this thing like a truck should be.

It's stock. Every obs powerstroke I've seen has it.
Maybe someone changed you others exhaust and you have the aftermarket parts.
It does have a Ford part number. Maybe was only used in certain configurations. 2 I've seen were RCLB C&C.

Mine is a 4 door short bed.

Interesting is that Flo Pro said that in all the years they have been selling their kit, my picture I sent them was the first time they have ever seen it.
