Not sure on the color.
There's a drop lot he was headed to that's a couple of doors down from where I work at that cars get hauled in and out of all day. He was headed back in. I see test cars around town weekly, it's the first time I saw the SD though. Doubt he would have stopped.

Thanks for the pic. Looks like a gas 6.2 truck as well.

My first reactions:

1) That truck looks way lower to the ground than all other images I've seen. Maybe it's just the angle that's causing it to appear low. Hoping for a nice tall stance on these, and it's been reported that the 17 sits a good 1-2 inches higher.

2) The white-gold...a real bust IMO. Flat color with no personality.

It looked low in real life too. I was surprised. It was covered in road grime as well. There had been rain out here a couple of days and I imagine they had it up in the hills.

Prototypes usually don't have production paint on them. Don't judge the color on this, it most likely isn't one you're going to see.

That truck may be a 2WD. There are no 4x4 stickers on it. Some of the prototypes have them, some do not. It also probably has the base 17" wheels. The tongue weight looks heavy on that trailer, which pulls the rear down.

You summed up everything I thought right there.

It looks as tall as an F-150. Maybe the side steps make it look short?

Taken with a phone camera through a tinted windshield with windshield glare. Overall very flat photo.
