Marti report to verify snow fighter

Will a Marti report show if a truck was a Snow fighter? (or just snow plow package). I have a 79 F 250 and I have researched all the options that would make the truck a snow fighter (which my truck has) but have no true verification. Just wondering if anyone has gotten a true verification. I always thought because I don't have the high output heater that it wasn't a true snow fighter. Yesterday I found 2 different sales releases that list what they came with and the heater wasn't on either, so there is hope.

Thanks, where does the whole "Snow Fighter" moniker come from? Is that from Ford? Or is it from local dealers?

If you look at the Marti Report above, it lists factory A/C as an option. The high output heater wasn't available with factory A/C. So I would say that the HO heater wasn't a requirement for the snow fighter.

I'm assuming "Snow Fighter" (I think Ford used the term "Sno-Fighter") and "snow plow package" were one and the same. Or, was the Sno-Fighter some kind of extreme package that was "above and beyond" the normal snow plow package?

Thats what I'm trying to find out. Is this a name that some owners came up with that stuck or is it actually from ford. When I was heavy into these trucks in the 80's I never heard the term Sno-Fighter. Of coarse that was before the internet. I had never heard of the term "dent side" until recently too.

i have a 79 Bronco that has both factory a/c and high output heater. Highly optioned Ranger XLT Trailer Special, factory GT Bar, etc. Not sure what's different about HO heater other than label under climate controls.

I'm fairly certain that all factory a/c systems had the high output heater integrated into them.
The HO and a/c systems both used a heater core that is almost twice the size of the standard output one.

Snowfighter D60 fronts - '78-'79 BOM #610023-1(-1through -13), with #1,2,4,10,11 having 3:54 gears, the rest have 4:10s.

Snowfighters (F250) basically had factory F350 suspension - 4500 lb front, springs, shocks, gauges, 70 amp alternator, 5 cab lights and trans cooler (if automatic). Options were the factory HO heater and A/C (not together), among others.
