2011 gas tank into 2009 will it fit?
I have a 2009 v10 cc sb, I was wondering if a 35 gallon tank from a 2011 6.2 will fit, I need some extra capacity even 6 gallons is a bonus. Also would a 38 gallon from a long bed fit?

I would go to a online Ford parts site and look up the part numbers for the tanks....if they are the same, then you have your answer. Here is one of the sites I use.

I checked on car-part.com and it appears that it's 08-09-10 only. The capacity of your tank is 30.5, so you will gain only 4.5, not 6 gallons.
